We are hosting a very swanky evening this Thursday, September 22nd from 6:30-8:30. Amy is opening some amazing bottles of wine and local cheese expert Renee Fitzsimmons is pairing the cheeses. $25 for the wine, cheese and ambiance! Great for a night out with the girls (or boys).

Just the other day I was thinking how much I miss real Bordeaux. It’s not just that it became so precious, so insanely expensive, but as many have observed, the wines themselves changed radically as if to justify their high prices.
