Why then do they sell for a third the price of Leonetti? Why, for that matter, does Leonetti sell for a quarter of the price of Harlan or Sloan? Image drives prices, as much or more than talent and quality." Paul Gregutt, The Seattle Times November 28, 2007.
"The Indian summer in ‘06 gave birth to this classic Walla Walla jewel wrapped in a deep red robe, a toasted almond and bright cranberry nose, with a mid-palate of well integrated dark roasted coffee, cassis and cigar box. Its powerful finish is balanced by sweet tannins, coconut and vanilla bean. 76% Cabernet, 10% Cabernet Franc, 6% Merlot, 3% each of Malbec and Petit Verdot and 2% Carménére. The contributing Walla Walla vineyards are Dwelley, Frazier Bluff, Pepper Bridge Seven Hills, Tokar, and Windrow." Gordon Venneri, Winemaker/Vintner
